• Welcome to our blog.

Thanks for visiting our blog. This blog is for An and I to express ourselves personally as well as professionally. Some say that you shouldn't mix the two but we enjoy making new friends more than running the business. For every client we shoot, we feel like we've made a friend for life.

I am a Dallas based wedding and event photographer. Together with my wife, we offer you a very [unique] and catered look. We combine multiple styles of shooting and post editing to go above and beyond. We shoot you [candidly] to make sure your emotions are pure. We frame you [editorially] so your images are magazine ready. And lastly, we tell the whole story thru our [photo-journalistic] approach.

Please, stay awhile, get to know us and leave a comment or two.

Joanne & Hui: XinXin is 1 year old.

You may have remembered this loving couple a year ago.  Wow, how time files, I shot their maternity pictures and look who’s turning 1 already.  Meet XinXin, the newest addition to family.     Joanne and Hui are in love all over again.  I can certainly vouch for that with 2 boys of my own.  Congrats Joanne and Hui.  She is beautiful and life only gets better.

Here are just a few of my favorites from that session.

My and Mona: Addison Park

My, thanks so much for seeing the beauty in my photography and trusting me with this opportunity.  You and Mona are awesome and I truly mean it when I say these pictures barely scratch the surface of the love I saw that day.

Thoa and Chuck’s Wedding: New Orleans – more photos

Home, by Michael Buble.  Its the perfect song about how I feel about this destination wedding.   It makes me close my eyes and smile.  It reminds me of where I came from and it reminds me that no matter where I go, my home will be waiting for me.

It was such an awesome experience to be able to travel back to New Orleans and see that time has been standing still for 10 years.   Everything,  so perfect, exactly as I remembered.  All the memories buried deep within my heart and soul all came pouring out.  It was like finding a box of old photos in the attic.

After seeing New Orleans again, I felt like she gave me a big welcome home hug.  Its difficult to explain, but I felt happy and heartbroken at the same time.  Happy because it’s like seeing an old friend again.  And heartbroken because I should’nt have left my friend in the first place.   As much as Dallas has to offer,  I am still proud to call New Orleans my original home.

Congrats to  Thoa and Chuck.  You guys look gorgeous together.  Cheers to you and thanks for bringing back the memories.
